Terms of Service

By using Banger AI, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live; minors may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Banger AI accepts a text description and selected creative preferences, sends them to a third-party music-generation service, and normally returns two generated songs. Generation time and output length can vary. The service may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, safety, provider availability, or product development.

AI output is probabilistic. A completed song may differ from your prompt, and similarities with other music cannot be ruled out.

Banger AI currently uses a browser cookie instead of a conventional login. Your credits, generated songs, and purchase status are connected to that browser identity. Clearing cookies, using private browsing, switching browsers, or losing the device may make the library unavailable. Contact support before clearing browser data if you have a paid library.

A new browser identity may receive one free generation credit. One generation normally creates two songs. Free listening is limited to the first half of each song. A paid pack adds the number of generation credits shown at checkout and unlocks full streaming, MP3 downloads, and commercial use for songs associated with that browser identity.

Paid packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices, currency, pack contents, and taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; Banger AI does not store complete payment-card details.

Every paid pack includes a non-exclusive commercial license for songs in that paid browser library. You may use downloaded songs in monetized videos, podcasts, games, social media, client work, advertising, and other commercial projects.

This license does not guarantee that a song is exclusive or free from possible similarity to other music. It does not permit reselling or redistributing a downloaded song as a standalone stock-music asset, sample pack, or competing music-library item.

When the system records a technical generation failure, the generation credit is automatically returned. A returned credit is not the same as a cash refund. Cash refund requests, duplicate charges, missing credits, and failures to deliver paid access are handled under the Refund Policy.

Do not use Banger AI to break the law, impersonate another person, deceive listeners about a real person's participation, interfere with the service, bypass preview or access controls, probe private files, automate abusive traffic, or submit material you do not have the right to use.

Music generation, hosting, payments, and network delivery rely on third-party services. Their availability and processing times can affect Banger AI. We may suspend a generation or payment flow when a provider is unavailable or when doing so is needed to protect users or the service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to preserve paid access and generated files, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation or permanent storage. Keep local copies of songs you need. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Banger AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, security threats, payment fraud, attempts to bypass access controls, or repeated violation of these terms. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new update date.
