Privacy Policy

• Browser identity: a random identifier stored in an HttpOnly cookie named banger_guest. The cookie normally lasts for 30 days.
• Network information: an IP address is combined with a private salt and stored as a one-way hash for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Generation data: prompts, genre, mood, optional instruments, generation status, provider task identifiers, song titles, tags, lyrics when present, audio, covers, timestamps, and error details.
• Usage events: actions such as opening the generator, starting or completing a generation, playing a preview, opening checkout, and downloading a song.
• Payment records: Stripe session and payment identifiers, purchase type, amount, payment status, and the email Stripe returns to us. Complete card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Banger AI.
• Support messages: the email address and information you choose to send to support.

We use this information to create and deliver songs, restore the same browser's library, enforce preview and download access, maintain credits, process and verify payments, return credits after technical failures, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, measure product usage, answer support requests, and protect the service.

Cloudflare provides the application network, Worker runtime, D1 database, and R2 file storage. Third-party music-generation providers process prompts and create song files. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. These providers may process information in countries different from your own under their respective terms and privacy practices.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with a valid legal obligation, protect users, or complete a business transition. We do not sell personal information.

Generated audio and covers are stored in private object storage and are served through access-controlled endpoints. Service records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the library and paid access, investigate failures and disputes, prevent fraud, meet payment and legal recordkeeping needs, and maintain the service. Different record types may be retained for different periods.

Example songs displayed publicly on the homepage are separate from private browser libraries.

You can prevent new cookie storage through browser controls, but the current browser-based library will not work reliably without its identity cookie. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by emailing support. Include enough information to help locate the record, such as the approximate generation or purchase time and the email used at Stripe Checkout. We may need to verify the request and may retain records when required for security, payment disputes, or legal compliance.

We use access controls, secret storage, hashed network identifiers, private object storage, and payment-provider verification to protect service data. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Banger AI is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing where they live. A parent or guardian should contact support if they believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission.
