Refund Policy

If a generation fails because of a recorded service, infrastructure, timeout, or provider error, the generation credit is automatically returned to the same browser account. Contact support if the balance does not update after refreshing.

A returned generation credit is not a cash refund because the purchased balance remains available for another generation.

AI generation is probabilistic. Once a generation completes and returns playable output, the credit used for that generation is normally not refundable because generation resources have already been consumed. A difference in style, lyrics, arrangement, or subjective quality is not automatically a technical failure.

Contact hi@bangeraimusic.com within 7 days of purchase if you experience:

• a duplicate or incorrect charge;
• payment completed but credits or paid access were not delivered;
• a purchase you did not authorize;
• a sustained technical failure that prevented use of an otherwise unused pack; or
• another issue for which applicable consumer law requires a refund.

An entirely unused pack requested within 7 days may be approved for a full refund after the payment and usage record is verified. Once any paid credits or unlocked downloads have been used, an ordinary change-of-mind refund is normally unavailable unless required by applicable law.

Include the email used at checkout, purchase date, amount, a short explanation, and any Stripe receipt or session reference available to you. Do not email a complete card number or security code.

Approved cash refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times vary and are outside Banger AI's direct control. Credits or paid access connected to a refunded purchase may be removed after the refund is issued.

Please contact support first so we can investigate a billing or delivery problem. Nothing in this policy limits refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
